Each company will screen candidates for program based on company standards.
Upon offer of employment candidates eligible to participate in program must meet the minimum requirements of pre-employment screening including; Drug Screen, Physical Capacities Exam and have obtained a current Oregon CDL Class “A” Commercial Learner Permit (CLP)

Accepted candidates will be required to participate in a three week classroom and vehicle equipment training program before obtaining a Class “A” CDL license. Oregon DMV fees required to obtain licensing will be sponsored by program upon passing course requirements.
A signing bonus of $1000 will be eligible after 6 months of accident/injury free driving review.
