Kent participated in 2016 driver training program, Eugene Aggregate Drivers. As part of the incentive to become a driver, the grant paid a $1000 bonus at the end of 90 days successful employment.

Within two weeks of joining the drivers at Wildish, Kent was driving a transfer truck and competently delivering to jobs. Kent has driven every type of commercial vehicle for his new employer and works days, nights and weekends. Kent has worked approx. 1100 hours since May 17 this year!
