Start by selecting a company profile that you are interested in joining.

There are currently 3 local companies participating in this program, Wildish, Eugene Sand & Gravel and Delta Sand & Gravel.  Complete your application with the company of your choice and be sure to indicate that you are interested in the Driver Training Program.  Each company will screen candidates for the program based on their company standards.

Upon offer of employment, candidates eligible to participate in the program must meet minimum requirements of pre-employment screening including, but not limited to; Drug Screen, Physical Capacities Exam and have obtained a current Oregon CDL Class “A” Commercial Learner Permit (CLP).

Accepted candidates will be required to participate in a three week classroom vehicle equipment training program before obtaining a Class “A”

CDL license. Oregon DMV fees required to obtain licensing will be sponsored by program upon passing course requirements.

Depending on conditions training time could be extended.
